can't open

I have tried for days to open Customer service for access 2007 and upon doing
so get an error....how can i solve this and is anyone else haing this same
problem?

Error i get
Microsoft Office Access encountered an error while importing the object
'Knowledge Base List'.

Error encountered at line 961.
Expected: 'End'. Found: PictureCaptionArrangement.
