When I switch on I get an error message that says: -
"Microsoft Word for Windows® 97 application file has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience." It then gives me an option of
sending an error message to Windows, which I normally do,
but so far to no avail. I cannot open any Word document
or create new ones without getting the same message. I
have tried uninstalling and installing Word, but no
change. Any ideas?
