Can't "Open With" Excel

Hi... Just got new Office 2007 and can't open tab delimited files using
Excel. Excel doesn't come up in the "Open With" program list. I can go find
and select it, but it doesn't add it to the program list or open the file.
I can open Excel first then open the file within Excel, but not the other
way around. Any help?

Have you tried the experts in the Office and Excel newsgroups?
(Office is not part of Windows XP)
