I can't open my Windows folder (i.e. Recycle Bin, My Documents, My Computer).
Whenever I click these items, my screen freezes, and it resets itself after I
delete a process called "drwtsn32.exe" Since I can't open My Computer to
remove this program- if it is one- I'm kind of stuck. Any help would be
appreciated.

drwtsn32.exe is a windows process

I would start the computer in safe mode and see if it's doing the same
thing. (you can go into safe mode by hitting F8 continually after the
bios spash screen just before the windows logo. if you get the windows
logo you have to be quicker ;) ) this will narrow down if its software
that runs with your computer or if it is windows itself.
