Can't open shared & networked files

Recently, files and folders that are shared and were once accessible on the
network computers no longer are. I've uninstalled and reinstalled security
software and closed firewalls. Two of us still can't get into one computer
that we need to. One of the error msgs. we get is: \\computer
name\shareddocs is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resouce. Contact the adminstator... Not enough server storage is
available to process this comand.

Nothing has changed on any of the conputers involved and we don't understand
what's going on. I even reshared the folders on the computer we are trying
to access and we still can't get in.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks!

The problem is probably that an antivirus program has changed an
obscure TCP/IP setting. Please see this Microsoft Knowledge Base
article for a likely solution, specifying a value of 15 for
IRPStackSize on the computer that can't be accessed.
