Hi, when I try to open e-mails with .pps files I receive this message.
" this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel"
On thw Xp Media forum I was suggested to d/l 2003 & 2007 Powerpoint viewer
files, which I did , but no success, any ideas would be welcome.
Tnx..Ron

Just save your .pps files in email to another place, and open the PowerPOint
viewr you downloaded, then drag & drop the pps files into the viewer. Besides,
you can try other presentation tool like OpenOffice to open the PPS files.
Good luck!

Ronmac,
Read this page, pay particular attention to the link to Sonia Coleman's
site. It contains a fix for problems with opening a pps in OE. Maybe it will
be of assistance to you.

Luc, do you mean W.P.'S previous post, or is there a link on your post to
Sonia's site, that I don't see.
Tnx Ron
