Can't open one users items

Running Exhange 2000 and Outlook 2002 and 2003.

Everyone can post stuff to their calendar and add notes
and all administrative can read it, except on one user.

We can't view one users calendar items.... We can them on
the calendar, just can't open.

What are we doing wrong?

This is the error message:

Can't open this item. Unable to open the free/busy
information.
