Can't open MSAS...

I think MSAS is running the scan, but when it says that
it found an infected file, I click on "show results" and
the program closes and nothing else happens. Then, I try
double clicking it on my desktop and it won't open. I've
tried clicking on it in the start menu--everything! It
will not open for me. Please help! MSAS is the only
program that fixed certain problems for me and I love it!
Why won't it work?

I repaired it in "add/remove programs" and now it works
fine. Thanks for the help!!
