can't open mdb

i have an mdb that i can not open.
it gives me a sharing error when i try to open - even with shift key or when
i try to import objects.
what can i do?

Please post the actual error message.

Also, check the folder containing the database. If there is a .ldb
file there, delete it, and see if that helps.

The microft jet database engine stopped the process because you and another
user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

this happens when i try to open the mdb.

no ldb file.
