Can't open Mail

I can't open my mail because a window pops up asking for my username and
password. How do I get rid of this? I don't know what my username and
password are.

We are having the same Problem in Windows Vista, we can get our e-mails through Cox.net's site but not through Windows Mail. Ideas? This is a new one as of today? When we reset our Password today at Cox.net as requested, Windows Vista did not pick it up, how do we change this password in our Vista Mail/
