Can't open .jpg attachments

I am using 2003 and recently when I try to directly view
a .jpg attachment, I get the following error message: "The
system cannot find the path specified." I'd appreciate
any help in restoring my ability to open picture files
directly.

What program is associated with viewing .jpgs under Windows
Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File Types?

I go to explorer, tools, there is an option for Internet options not folder Options? I found nothing in there about fiile types. I must be looking at the wrong place. I have WIndows xp
