Cant open it

Everything works but when I go to manage quarantine files.
It opens the file window for a short second and then
locks up everytime.Reinstalled 8 times.ran Regclean, Pc
Bug Doctor and Regfixer.Locks in Safe Mode also. Still
locks only when i go to quarantine files from tools. This
time I ran straight from d/load from
Microsoft..Poop,,,,,,Still locks up..wHAAAAT nOOOW

Have you tried installing it in a separate folder on the hard disk. such as
c:\msas?
