Can't open http pages only https pages using IE 6

I can't open any urls that begin with http. However,
https url's aren't a problem. I've already reinstalled IE
6 using the CD that I purchased from Microsoft. No change.

I don't have this problem when I'm using Netscape.

Any ideas?
 
With IE open, go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Click on the Restore
Defaults button. Click OK. Reboot the computer.
