Can't open folders anymore

I screwed up big time when trying to add an operation to the "File
Folder" type in Explorer, and removed the "open" command from the menu.
Now I cannot open folders anymore using Explorer. Does anyone know how
to reset this? It's so bad I am thinking of reimaging my PC, but that
seems extreme!
