can't open ebook after SP2

Some people have bought my ebook 'Tinnitus Resources' and find they
cannot open it. One person told me that when he removed SP2 everything
was fine agian.
But didn't someone mention a fix for this problem?
I run windows ME myself.

I am having the same problem: cannot open ebooks after SP2 upgrade. I came
across a web site that offers a fix for
$19...http://www.market-soft.com/pcebook/ but why should we have to pay for
this? Windsows created the problem, they need to have the bug fixed and a
free update provided. Does anyone know of a fix in the works for this
problem?
