Cant OPen Database After Recovery

G

Guest

I accidentally deleted my database. However, I was able to recover 3 files.
These are the files:

MYDatabase.mdb 0 bytes
MYDatabase.mdb.lnk 1.88 bytes
MYDatabse(0001) 1.88 bytes

When I try to open the mdb file it gives me an "Unrecognized database
format" error for that file. Is there any hope???

Doesn't look like it if it's zero bytes in size. That
implies there isn't anything left that you can do anything
with.

The .lnk is a link file, probably from your desktop pointing
to where the .mdb originally was, though at 1.88 bytes
there's not much left of that either.

The MYDatabase(0001) is a new one to me, I guess it's the
result of copying the original at some point? Again at
1.88 bytes...

Are you sure it's 1.88 bytes and not 1.88 kBytes? Just
curious.
