Can't open/create/edit MSAccess reports

I have an existing MS Access application which I created and generated a
number of reports. Now, on a new PC, I am unable to open/create/edit the
reports. I still have the ability to open/create/edit tables, queries and
forms. It is just the reports that are not responding.
