Can't open Attachments

I run Outlook Express and when I get attachments I
cannot open them because I get the message pop up stating
"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail." How can I void this blockage to where I can
open these attachments...I am really desperate for some
help on this and would appreciate someone giving me some
corrective advise..

From the menu: select Tools|Options|Security and adjust your settings in
that window.
