Can't open anything

Once I get on to the desktop, I click on the internet ok,
But then I click on outlook express or anything else and
it won't open for at least 20 min. or when it feels
like.I can't seem to get any help from Dell, or Verizon
or microsoft. Can anyone help me.?

Sounds like background interference, have you check for spy and ad programs
recently?

1) Install and run Adaware from www.lavasoft.de

2) Install and run Spybot from www.safer-networking.org

3) Install and run Spyware Blaster from
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
