Can't move toolbars

Just got a new machine with XP Home and ie6 won't let me move the Links bar
to a separate line. On my old machine I just dragged it around. It works
fine but it's stuck over in the corner on the right hand side. How can I
make it movable?

Right-click on IE's Toolbar and deselect: "Lock the Toolbar". Now drag it.
