Can't modify rules

Hello,

I am unable to modify existing rules. I get his message when I make a
change, then try to exit the Rules Wizard:

A value in the 'Rule description' box has not been set.
To set a value, click underlined words at bottom of the rules wizard.

This error has nothing to do with what it suggests as the descriptions had
been set, only changed or added to. I just tried to change a rule from
moving an email to particular folder to "delete it" and get the same
message.

The rule is listed in the view window when you select the rule. Click on
the underlined items which are where you must specify values for those
objects. One of them doesn't have a valid value: you left it undefined, it
is blank and requires a non-blank value, it specifies a folder that no
longer exists, it specifies an e-mail account that no longers exists, etc.
 
Hello Vanguard,

I have check that and there is nothing blank, in fact one item say to
delete, so there is not even an underlined item to check. This happens when
I already have an established rule and try to add a term.
