Can't logon to windows........

Had to run recovery to get windows restored. Now when
windows starts and gets to the log on screen; it gives the
error "the procedure entry point MD5Final could not be
located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Disregard, had to reinstall os then restore........
