Can't Login to Domain

All of a sudden one three of my computers weren't able to
access the domain. Every time you try to map a drive it
doesn't accept any password or usernames. When you try
to run Network ID and set up the computer for the domain
it doesn't recognize the domain. You also can't change
the name and join a domain either. What could be the
problem?

Could be a lot of things to look at but to start diagnosing, post an
unedited ipconfig /all from the DC with the actual domain name from ADUC,
and one of the problem machines and the SP level of the machines.
