When I start in safemode using Win XP sp2, my login password is not
recognized? When I restart in normal mode all is fine. Is there something I
need to know about safemode? Need advice please.

Hi

XP Home or Pro? Why are you trying to access Safe Mode - have you a problem
with XP ATM?

This tells you the file system, registry, etc. is corrupted somewhere.
Perform a CHKDSK(check/scan disk) and don't be surprised if only a clean
reinstall will fix it. Check the microsoft knowledge base.

Using XP Pro. I use safemode to uninstall some programs, when I have
problems. What is XP ATM, have not heard of this?
