Can't login after changing Computer properties

In setting up a home network, I modified the domain name
of the computer under the computer properties options.
After rebooting, all our passwords no longer work for
login.

There is no space in the logon screen to change the
domain name, only user name and password. So we are
essentially locked out with some critical data on there.

Any help or suggestions, please....

Two things you can try:
1) Do you have an "Options" button on that screen? Try pushing it and see
if you have a choice of domain.
2) Try logging in as user@domain (for example, David@home or something along
those lines; try both your old domain name and your new one).
