Cant Log On!!

I have never created a user name or password to log on to windows. My
computer has been working fine till just a few days ago. It is asking me for
a user name and password everytime I turn on my computer. I have no idea what
to do! When I insert my windows XP disk nothing happens. I can't get in to
change my password or anything, I very much need help. I am working with
Window XP home edition, and would really appreciate some advice. Thank you,

You will need to Start Windows XP Home Edition in Safe Mode and use the
built-in Administrator Account to reset the password for your account. The
built-in Administrator account usually has no password.
