cant log on!!!!! urgent help!

last night i reformatted my WindowsXP Pro. the problem is
that when i try logging on, a wondow pops up saying that i
need to activate my account through the internet. But the
only way to connect to the internet is AFTER i've logged
in!!! the same happens when i try to log in with another
user's account.

Try through Safe Mode. Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu
appears, select Safe Mode. If you are then unable to activate over the
Internet, use the activate by phone option and call the number presented to
you.
