Can't log on to windows

I just installed firewall plus from McAfee - I had to
restart my computer after the installation and now it
just cycles through logging me in to windows and then
immediately logging me off. Then I have to restart - log
on and then I'm immediately logged off again. No idea
how to fix.... Please help

Can you boot into Safe Mode? If so, perhaps you can restore to a previous
restore point.

I am having the same exact problem after doing an update to Symantec
antivirus and cleaning up all the malware it discovered.

I tried safe mode but the same behavior occurs there as well - I log in and
it immediately logs me off.

Any help would be appreciated.
