cant log into my computer at all

when I switch computer on( desktop) and click log in name window it says it is downloading my setting and file and in 2-3 seconds i do have new window with message: A problem is preventing from accutately checking the license for this computer.Error Code: 0x80070002. and OK at the bottom. If I press OK the whole proceder start again with my personal name window to log on etc etc..

please hel

I do use my computer for 18 month ,and have Windows XP prof. registered. with service pack 1
