can't log into frontpage 2002

for some reason, it's been over a year now and i've done everything(my
computer even crashed and i had to reload everything) but i can't log into
frontpage! it just keeps prompting me for my username and password over and
over again. i can't do anything on it :( i really need to update my website.
can anybody help me?

Contact your host and verify your username and password
If you have the correct ones try browsing to the site home page in IE and using File Edit w/ FP
