Can't load SP4 because of faxui.dll in use

When you try to instaall SP 4 you get the message
C:\winnt\system32\faxui.dll is open or in use by another
application and won,t install sp 4

Try stopping all fax activity to unload the DLL prior to installing SP4.
Shut down Fax Console and stop the Fax service. You can stop the fax service
using the command "Net stop Fax" at a command prompt.
