Can't load Business Contact Manager

Please Help!

When I open Outlook 2003 a message pops up that says " Finalizing
Configuration of BCM" then I receive an error message "Business Contact
Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please
try again." it doesn't matter how many times I open and close Outlook I get
the same message.
I've been working on this problem for over 3 days.

I've uninstalled all of Office 2003 Professional, the SQL Server and
Microsoft.Net framework then I ran a registry cleaner to find and delete all
orphaned entries searched for directorys left behind by the uninstall and
deleted them. Still the same problem.

Any Ideas?
 
I'm having the same problem, tried a new mail profile and got the same thing.
 
I'm having the same problem, a new mail profile did not work. Any other ideas?
