Can't keep Home Page address in internet Options

I set a home page address "www.msn.com.". I hit ok and
open windows explorer. Another address comes up. It is
another Microsoft web call Search Assistant with this
address: http://martfinder.com/index.htm?aff=6600. I
looked in my Registry and there it is. I would like to
take this of the registery with out making the registry
quit working right. Is this a virus that has jumped into
my system??? This stated two weeks ago. I have updated
all the updates from symantec and Microsort. What do you
think???
 
First run a virus scan.

Second, download, install and run the following:
Ad Aware: www.lavasoftusa.com

Check the following site, click the "H" at the top of the page and scroll to
"Home Page Hijacking." Note, you may have to maximize the window in order
to see the alphabet at the top of the page:
