Can't invite this person to OL meetings (starting a few days ago).

Everyone in organization who tries to invite this one person to an OL meeting
gets "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Sorry for the inconvenience. ---- (AppName: outlook.exe, AppVer: 11.0.8169.0,
AppStamp:465f28e3, ModName: mso.dll, ModVer: 11.0.8172.0, ModStamp:46771b00,
fDebug: 0, Offset: 00037fe0)". The calendar closes and the enduser is back
to his/her mailbox screen. This started about a week ago. The person who
cannot be invited says nothing has changed on her PC or to her OL acct. SHE
can invite people with no problem, it only happens to the people are
attempting to invite HER... Any ideas on what might be causing this, and how
we can fix it?

Additional info -- all involved using OL2003, SP3; WindowsXP. Invited from a
test OL2007 account and problem does NOT occur.
