Can't install SP1

I have tried to install SP1, but when I run the update, it tells me it can't
read a CAB file... I have done this repeatedly and it is always a different
CAB file.

Are you on modem or broadband connection? Can you scan your HD? It
appears to me that you might have bad blocks on the HD...
