sku111.cab where is it ? How do I get it.

I keep getting error's when I try to install different features.
Tells me can't find sku111.cab.
Can you help and tell me what this is?
Where can I find it?

The original install media is a good place to start. (Office/Outlook 2003
products have a way of self-healing. First stop is the local hidden
directory called MSOCache. If that is not available, then it should jump to
where the product was installed from.)
