can't install Service Pack 1

When trying to Update Windows, during the Windows Service
Pack 1 Setup, I get this error:

Service Pack 1 Setup Error

The file c:\program files\common files\system\ole
db\msdasql.dll is open or in use by another application.

Close all other applications and then click Retry.

When I check the Task Manager, no other applications are
running. I have no choice but to cancel the update.
