Can't install Service Pack 1[express]

Hi,
Every time I try to install Service Pack 1 from the
Windows Update I get the following message -
SERVICE PACK 1 SETUP ERROR
Service Pack 1 Setup canceled.

What should I do?

usually this is caused by an invalid product code
