cant install roxio easy CD Creator 5

can someone please advise....system starts to run set up
precedure and after about 5 seconds it stops dead. Have
installed Nero burning program , it worked fine. Could
this be a driver needs updating problem. If so the driver
# is gcc4320b. Any one know where to find updates download.
Searched & searched, cant locate.

Did you uninstall Nero first ??
