Can't install Outlook 2007 trail because of phantom Outlook files.

I tried to install a trial version of Outlook 2007, but it would not install
because it said I already had Outlook on my computer. I don't use Outlook at
home (only outlook express) and I didn't see outlook in the add/install list
of programs. But I did do a search for Outlook files and found several.
that's why I say the are "phantom". Maybe they where added to my computer
when I synced from my Palm which had Outlook conduits on it from my last job.

I don't know how to get rid of them, or if any of them are needed for
outlook express. I have a screen shot of the files that came up in my search,
if that is helpful.

If any prior version of Office was installed, then that's probably what's
causing the message. Outlook is part of the Office suites so if you already
have an Office suite installed, you probably installed Outlook then. It won't
show as a separate item in Add/Remove programs unless it was a stand-alone
version.

I have Office 2003 on my computer now. How do I get rid of the outlook files?
