can't install itunes, any suggestions?

I've been trying to install Itunes 7.5 and everytime
I get this error:
"An error occured while attempting to create the
directory: C:\ProgramData\Apple\Installer Cache"

Any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.

Turn off UAC (user account control)

I turned it off and still no luck, I get the same message

Right click iTunes setup icon and click 'Run as Administrator'.

Get Anapod Explorer. It I sthe best app for Windows to control you iPod.
iTunes is just a crappy OS X port to Windows which is buggy at best.

Not directly anything to do with Windows - it could be a corrupted
download or something similar - try re-downloading and trying again, or
else seek advice from the forums provided by www.apple.com for iTunes.
