Cant Install AOE3 Warchiefs

I cant install warchiefs expansion. (yes I have AOE3 and it is actually
installed) It says preparing install shield wizard then it honks at me and
says

"Age of Empires III was not installed for Allusers or the current user.
Please log in with the correct account. This setup will exit."

I cant find a solution for the anywhere and I have to get a PID or something
to Chat with MSoft, but I have to access the game to get it. Someone help,
or I'm taking it back to Bestbuy. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sammy,

I would login with your Administrator account to uninstall
AOE3 and then reinstall it usung your regular account with
Administrators priviledges, run the game, and afterwards
install the expantion pack.
