can't install ActiveX for chating

Hi

I am trying to chat in a site and the site ask me to install an activex,
microsot ask if I trust the site, I say yes, however, viste does't let me to
install.

What can I do?

Right click the Internet Explorer Icon and use the "Run As Administrator"
option. This should resolve your issue.

IE by default in Vista runs in a secure and protect mode. Doing this will
get passed it and allow you to do as you wish.
