can't import foreign volume

i have connected a 160 GB HD via USB to my Computer.
the HD is formated as a dynamic volume. when i try to
import the foreign volume i get the following error-
message:

"Interner Fehler - Eine Datenträgergruppe mit dem
angegebenen Namen ist bereits vorhanden. (C100007A)."
translated:
"internal errot - a volume with the specified name is
already existent."

i connected the HD several times befor whitout any
problems.

if yo know what's to do please tell me.

The header information is incorrect as far as windows is concerned. I
would strongly suggest to get hold of the free online service at
Microsoft to guide you through a very complicated issue to copy the disk
header info from one of the other drives to the foreign one.
