I have put together a powerpoint presentation using pp 2003. It plays fine on
my system. I have save all the music files (as suggested in the other post)
to a single folder with the pp presentation. When I attempt to play the
presentation I am unable to hear any music on the other machines. I know the
links are valid for the music files (I am using 2 types of music/sound files
--.wav and .wma extensions). Anybody have any suggestions on how to solve
this problem?

Were all of the files in the same folder BEFORE you inserted the sound in the
presentation? Just gathering them together after the fact doesn't help. See:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a
presentation

Initally they were not. After I read some of the posts on this group, I went
ahead and saved all of the music files to one folder. I then transfered the
pp into that folder. After that, I went back into the pp and deleted the
sound files and replaced them with the sound files that were in the same
folder. Then I saved it to a cd.

And did you save the sound files to the CD as well? Do some play, but not
others?
