CAN'T GO IN WINDOW

yesterday i MISS-DELETED some files in my WINDOWS, and this makes me can't go in my WINDOWS anymore. i try to go in by safe mode, but it still doesn't work.

i think those deleted files are still in my recycle bin.

who can help me

Have you tried getting into BIOS and setting last known good configuration.

Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select "Last known good configuration" at the menu.

If that fails, perform a Repair Installation:
