Can't get to sites requiring a logon such as MSN Mail

I recently moved on of my PC's and for some reason, I can
not get to any sites that require a log on. My internet
connection works and I get to most sites, just not the
ones that I need to log on to such as hotmail, MSN
Messenger, Comcast mail etc Any help?
