Can't get to my USB 'disc on key', PLZ help

Hi all,
I installed a progie called "Folder Lock" in order to PW protect my USB
memory stick.
from that moment I could not get to it via 'My Computer' as it tells me
"this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer.
Please contact your system administrator".
I formatted the damn thing - still the same message!!!
Please help,

Forgot to mention - I did uninstall this program and clean all traces of it,
used system restore, but to no avail.

Sounds like it did what you wanted. Your data is protected, even from you.
Time to go to the vendor for help.

One more thing - the stick works on any other computer, just not on the one
this program was originally installed.
