cant get to any site

having trouble with a user that, all of a sudden, cannot
get to any site. she is using XP and DHCP over a LAN. i
installed Netscape and no problems. only happens in IE.
fully patched and updated. i removed IE, ran a IE
cleaning agent, and reinstalled. same problem.

The /release switch could be your friend.

done that. ran /release and /renew. now has different
ip address assignment, but still same problem. looks
like a common problem in this newsgroup. thx for the
feedback.
