cant get the Security center to start and have tried everything

i cant get windows security center to start so, and i cant get my windows
firewall to start they keep getting the same, error message when i go into
services and try to start them. error 1068, is what contiues to pop up.
then when i went to windows security center and check its depences win32: pop
up, and said this has no depenceys or something along those lines. can
anyone help me get the security center up again?

Windows Security Center has two dependant services:

Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Windows Management Instrumentation

The WMI may need to be repaired..
